I have no history on the item, it is possible that it could be new, but since I don’t know I won’t make such claims. The key seems to work smoothly, very easy to use I only have one key unfortunately. So that is all that will be included the device and the key. The item was tested to see if I could lock in place and work as the commercial show and it seems to work good.
I remember the infomercials for these, I don’t know if this is the same brand as the one I saw on TV, or if its generic. It has a funny way of locking around the inside of the steering wheel, and sticking out a bunch so you can’t really turn or do anything until you remove it. Although I think there was some downside or loophole with these, so they also made a version that goes on the petals too, that I think was much more difficult if not impossible to remove. Although the item has been tested and does work, This item is being sold in as is condition no refunds.
