RETURN POLICY
*No returns after 30 days.
*30% restock fee on all returned parts.
*No returns on special order parts, others must have prior authorization number   and parts must be in resellable condition.
*If  incorrect item was ordered, customer needs to pay return shipping and outbound  shipping to send the correct item.
*If we made  an error, the very best way to get it taken care of quickly is to contact us  directly by calling or emailing us.  We will  take swift action to rectify the problem.
*Cores must be in original container.
*All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
*No refunds on electrical parts.
*No returns on safety items such as seat belts, air bags sensors.
*Parts that have been painted will not be accepted for credit, please verify  the  part is correct before painting.
*Please note that marking, taping, and or cutting the cardboard to open package   renders the part un-returnable and will not be accepted for credit.

SHIPPING:
We  usually ship within 1 business days of receiving your payment.  Our regular  shipping method is either FedEx Ground or USPS, depending on the  destination. For example if we’re shipping to Hawaii, we would use USPS.
We  ship to all 50 states of the U.S, and Puerto Rico.  Please note there is a   surcharge if we are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.  We do not ship toAPOs, FPOs, PO boxes or Military Mail Box.
The  tracking number to your package will come once item is shipped.  Occasionally  these emails will get stuck in your spam filter so make sure to check there if  you have not received your tracking.  Please feel free to message us through  eBay if you have not received tracking info after two business days, we will be  happy to provide it to you.
