Instructions for customizing your band:
1.  Clean wristband front & back with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
2.  Use standard ball point.  Be careful to write clearly and without mistakes.  Writing is permanent.
3.  Carefully place the ALLERMATES wristband into hot water with tongs.
Caution:  Be careful not to splash or spill boiling water.
4.  Leave wristband in the hot water for 1 minute.
5.  Carefully remove wristband with tongs.  Allow band to cool for 5 minutes..
6.  Dry the wristband thoroughly.
Your customized ALLERMATES wristband is now ready to use.
